Contestant Information

Rodeo Office will open at 3 pm on Friday for payment of fees and pick up of back number, wristbands & jackets

​

You can prepay your Entry Fees, Sponsor Fees & Jackets to info@fcarodeo.com and password is fcarodeo  Deadline for prepayment is Noon Thursday September 25th.  After that the only payment is Cash or Cheque at the rodeo.  All fees must be paid before the rodeo starts.

​Saturday - Beef on a Bun Dinner

We will be doing a Beef on a Bun Dinner Saturday following the afternoon performance.  We will be doing the Season Leader buckle presentations during this time.  Tickets must be purchased in advance, there will be no tickets sales at the rodeo.  Deadline to purchase tickets is 10 am on Wednsday September 24th Click here to book dinner

Contestants must wear their Back Numbers at all time.

​

Passes:  All contestants will get one (1) companion pass in your contestant package additional wristbands can be purchased - Click Here.   All wristbands will be in your contestant package.  Deadline to pre-purchase is 5 pm Wednesday September 24th.  Lost wristbands will not be replaced.  You can also purchase tickets on the weekend.

Group Photos

Group photos will be done Saturday morning at 10:00 am - attendance is mandatory for photos.  There is a $100 fine if you don't show up for the photos and it must be paid before you compete on Saturday.  We will do event photos and then a group photo of all contestants.

Fees:  Open $300; Junior $200; Sponsor Fee $200; Jackets $185

Sponsorship

• If your sponsors have banners we can put up one banner per contestant.  It is the contestants responsibility to collect the banner at the end of Saturday evening to get back to your sponsor.  

• If your sponsors wants a receipt their payment we have 2 options

  • Cheque made payable to The Foothills Cowboys Association or FCA you can bring with you on the weekend​

  • Etransfer sent to info@fcarodeo.com and password is fcarodeo payment must be received by Thursday

• If you didn't provide a Sponsor name at time of entry please ensure that you email in their name by Thursday so that I can get it on the announcers notes.  If not received by then I cannot guarantee they will get recognition.​

Barrel Practice:  Friday 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm - must be out by 4 pm as they are running stock at 4 pm  No riding on Saturday.

​Friday Night Following the rodeo - Horse of the Year Presentations & Calcutta & Social the bar will be open following the rodeo.  Open Contestants must attend the Calcutta.
